Multiple award-winning actress, producer, and director Genevieve Nnaji has celebrated Nigeria on its 61st Independence Day.
She used the opportunity to urge Nigerians to act and live exemplarily.
According to the thespian, being Nigerian requires staunch bravery, adding the citizens and country are intertwined.
“It takes heart to be Nigerian. Nigeria is not you. You are Nigeria” she wrote.
The 42-year-old star further implored every Nigerian to saddle themselves with the responsibility of portraying the country’s image in the best possible way to the world.
