FUDGY CHEWY BROWNIES

So quit waving off the sweet cart, and seize the moment. Between chocolate cakes, scrumptious phirnis and seasonal specials, we got dessert on our minds all day long. (And this is not an overstatement.) Say yay to these gorgeous treats that come with all of the goodness and none of the fuss. Ingredients for Brownies
1/2 tin (200g)-NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup (75ml)-Milk
125 g-Butter
125 g-Maida (Flour)
50 g-Cocoa Powder
1 tsp-Baking Powder
75 g-Sugar Powdered
2-Eggs
1/2 cup-Walnut Chopped

How to make Brownies
Grease & dust the baking tin with maida. Preheat oven to 180o C. Sieve together maida, cocoa & baking powder.
Beat butter & sugar until light & creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in sieved maida-cococa into the above mixture, alternating with milk and NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk. Add the chopped walnuts. Mix well & pour into greased tin.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until centre of the cake springs back when lightly pressed. Allow to cool in tin for 5 mins and remove onto a wire rack. Cut as desired.
