Which sub-Saharan African tends to be darker, a Ugandan or a Sudanese?

South Sudanese specifically, are arguably THE darkest people on earth. North Sudanese people aren't dark at all, they are like Arabs. Ugandans are dark, but more that classic “black person" chocolate we all know and love (well I love it, I don't know about the rest of you… some of you are suspect tbh). South Sudanese are something else. Void of space dark.
